TipsAudit ("TipsAudit", "we", "us", "our") provides statistical analysis of football matches, fair-odds calculations and a public record of past predictions. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational purpose only

Everything on this site is published for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on TipsAudit is, or should be treated as, betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to place any bet or wager. We do not tell you to bet, what to bet, or how much to bet. We present probabilities, fair prices and historical records; what you do with that information is entirely your own decision.

2. No guarantee of results

Football outcomes are uncertain and no analysis can predict them reliably. We make no guarantee that any information, probability, value flag, prediction or past result is accurate, complete, current or profitable. Past performance — including any track record, hit rate, win rate or closing-line-value figure shown on this site — is not a promise or indicator of future results. Any edge, if it exists at all, is small, slow and may disappear.

3. You are responsible for your own decisions

You alone are responsible for any betting, gambling or financial decision you make. If you place a bet and lose money, that loss is yours and yours alone. You agree that TipsAudit is not responsible and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, debt or other harm of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site. You bet entirely at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use this site. You are responsible for ensuring that betting and the use of a service like this are legal in your country, state or region, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. We do not target or knowingly provide services to anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

5. Responsible gambling

Betting carries real financial risk and can be addictive. Never stake more than you can comfortably afford to lose, never chase losses, and never treat betting as a source of income. If gambling stops being under your control, please seek help from a professional support organisation in your country (for example BeGambleAware, GamCare, or your national equivalent). We support self-exclusion and responsible-gambling tools and encourage you to use them.

6. No affiliation with bookmakers

TipsAudit is independent. We compare and reference odds from various bookmakers and exchanges for analysis, but we are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place, broker or settle bets. Where the site contains affiliate links to third-party operators, we may receive a commission; this never changes the analysis we publish, and any such link will be used responsibly and only for operators you choose to engage with at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, code, analysis methods and data presentation are owned by TipsAudit or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not scrape, copy, resell or commercially exploit the site or its data without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

8a. Accounts and saved audits

Creating an account is optional and free; the paid PRO subscription is described in section 8b. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts used abusively (including automated bulk audit creation). Bet-slip audits you save are frozen snapshots of the numbers at the moment of the audit; each has an unlisted link viewable by anyone who has it. Automatic settlement of audited slips is a best-effort informational service based on our own match data: it may lag, may differ from a bookmaker's official settlement rules (voids, postponements, dead heats), and must not be relied on to settle real wagers. You can request deletion of your account and saved audits at any time.

8b. PRO plans and payments

PRO is a paid plan for the audit of your own bets (full history and breakdowns, the cost of the bookmaker margin, odds left on the table, the weekly report), price alerts, alerts on the matches you follow and the highlighting of value flags before kick-off. It is an information service and carries no guarantee of results (see section 2). Fair odds and the bookmaker prices on match pages stay free. The plans, their prices (including applicable taxes) and billing periods are shown on the pricing page before you pay. The list prices are the same for everyone; a launch code, when one is published on the pricing page with its conditions, applies to anyone who uses it.

Subscriptions (monthly, every 3 months or yearly) start with a 7-day free trial, once per account. You enter your card when you start; nothing is charged during the trial. We email you when the trial starts and again 3 days before it ends, with the date and amount of the first payment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when it ends, 7 days after you start (the exact date and time are in the email we send when it starts), and the subscription then renews automatically at the end of each period, billed in advance, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account: during the trial nothing is charged; after a payment you keep PRO until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.

The lifetime plan is a single payment that gives PRO for as long as TipsAudit offers the PRO service, with no renewals. It is sold for a limited time and to a limited number of members, as shown on the pricing page. If we stop offering PRO, lifetime access ends with it and we will tell lifetime members by email at least 30 days before. If that happens, or if we change PRO so much that you choose to end the plan, within 36 months of your payment, we refund the unused part: the amount paid × the months left of those 36 ÷ 36. Its price does not change after you pay.

Money-back guarantee: within 3 days of any payment (a subscription payment or the lifetime payment) you can ask for a full refund by writing to contact@tipsaudit.com from your account email; we refund that payment in full and your PRO access ends.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract (the day you subscribe, which is the start of the trial if you have one, or the day of the lifetime payment). If you withdraw from a subscription within those 14 days, the subscription stops and any payment already taken is refunded in full. For the lifetime plan, withdrawal within those 14 days is also a full refund. Write to contact@tipsaudit.com.

The seller is TIPSAUDIT LLC, which operates TipsAudit; contact: contact@tipsaudit.com. For paid plans this section prevails over sections 9 to 12, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the mandatory law and the courts of your country of residence.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. We may change subscription prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal and you can cancel before it takes effect. Access obtained through account sharing, automated scraping or redistribution of PRO content may be suspended without refund.

9. Service provided "as is" and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipsAudit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, betting or gambling losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TipsAudit and its operators from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the site, your betting decisions, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms, at any time; for paid plans, the notice periods in section 8b apply. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you submit to the courts competent there for any dispute, without limiting the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. These terms may be shown in other languages; if a translation differs, the English version prevails, without limiting your consumer rights.
