Probabilities come from Pinnacle's over/under prices with the bookmaker margin removed. We read them every 3 hours, and several more times in the last 6 hours before kick-off in the leagues our second odds feed covers; the source itself sometimes updates a price only every few hours (occasionally after more than 12), so each row shows its age. A bookmaker above the fair price is not a value flag here. Top leagues first; within a league, the most likely first. Last-10 form is context the market already knows; a number in brackets is how many matches it comes from when fewer than 10. All lines are on each match page.
